How do i change out my belt for my GE profile DJSR473 gas dryer? How do i take it apart to get to the motor?

We have had this gas dryer for a while now and when i started to dry a load, it smelt like burnt rubber so i turned the dryer off and called the repair shop over at sears and asked if they could just give me some suggestions on what it could be before coming out here and having to charge me a service fee. Does anybody have any experience on the GE gas dryers? When i try to turn the drum, it has some resistance and when i let it go, it goes back into the same spot of which i started turning it. im pretty sure its the belt but i dont want to start tearing it apart and break something and im stuck with a dryer i cant put together. So if anybody has experience on this, please reply.|||take off the back panel inside you will see a belt that goes around the drum pull it off put a new one on but before you bolt it up use a vacuum cleaner to suck up all the dryer lint inside the unit,
